IMPORTANTE: LEA ESTE ACUERDO CUIDADOSAMENTE ANTES DE DESCARGAR, INSTALAR O USAR EL JUEGO. AL HACER CLIC EN "JUGAR", DESCARGAR O USAR EL JUEGO, USTED ACEPTA QUEDAR VINCULADO POR LOS TÉRMINOS DE ESTE ACUERDO.
Este Acuerdo de Licencia de Usuario Final ("EULA") es un acuerdo legal entre usted ("Usuario") y Pabli G Studio ("Desarrollador"), desarrollador independiente del videojuego "Kill The Red" ("el Juego"). Este acuerdo regula el uso del Juego descargado a través de Google Play Store.
El Desarrollador le otorga una licencia personal, no exclusiva, no transferible, gratuita y revocable para instalar y usar el Juego únicamente en dispositivos Android de su propiedad o bajo su control, y exclusivamente para su uso personal y no comercial.
Queda expresamente prohibido:
• Copiar, reproducir o duplicar el Juego o cualquier parte de él.
• Modificar, adaptar, traducir o crear obras derivadas del Juego.
• Realizar ingeniería inversa, descompilar, desensamblar o intentar obtener el código fuente del Juego.
• Vender, sublicenciar, arrendar, prestar o transferir el Juego o los derechos de esta licencia a terceros.
• Usar el Juego para fines comerciales sin autorización previa y por escrito del Desarrollador.
• Eliminar o alterar cualquier aviso de derechos de autor, marca registrada u otros avisos de propiedad intelectual contenidos en el Juego.
• Usar el Juego de cualquier manera que viole leyes o regulaciones aplicables.
El Juego, incluyendo su código fuente, gráficos propios, diseño y nombre, es propiedad exclusiva de Pabli G Studio. El Juego incorpora recursos de terceros bajo sus respectivas licencias: música y efectos de sonido de Pixabay (Pixabay License); fuentes de Google Fonts (OFL / Apache 2.0); gráfico de estrella de "Animated Video" vía Vecteezy (licencia gratuita con atribución). El Desarrollador no reclama derechos sobre dichos recursos de terceros.
El Juego se ofrece de forma completamente gratuita. No existen compras dentro de la aplicación ni cargos de ningún tipo asociados al uso del Juego. El Juego incluye publicidad de terceros (Google AdMob) como modelo de sostenibilidad.
El Juego incluye anuncios publicitarios proporcionados por Google AdMob. Al usar el Juego, usted acepta la visualización de dichos anuncios. La recopilación de datos asociada a la publicidad se rige por la Política de Privacidad del Juego y las políticas de Google.
El Juego puede almacenar su puntaje localmente en su dispositivo. Estos datos no se transmiten a servidores externos. El Desarrollador no tiene acceso a dicha información.
El Desarrollador podrá publicar actualizaciones del Juego a su entera discreción. Las actualizaciones pueden modificar funcionalidades existentes o agregar nuevas. Este EULA se aplicará a todas las versiones del Juego salvo que se proporcione un nuevo acuerdo junto con la actualización.
Esta licencia es efectiva hasta su terminación. Se terminará automáticamente si usted incumple cualquiera de los términos de este EULA. Al terminar la licencia, deberá desinstalar y destruir todas las copias del Juego en su posesión. El Desarrollador también podrá terminar esta licencia en cualquier momento sin previo aviso.
EL JUEGO SE PROPORCIONA "TAL CUAL" Y "SEGÚN DISPONIBILIDAD", SIN GARANTÍAS DE NINGÚN TIPO, EXPRESAS O IMPLÍCITAS, INCLUYENDO PERO NO LIMITADO A GARANTÍAS DE COMERCIABILIDAD, IDONEIDAD PARA UN FIN PARTICULAR O NO INFRACCIÓN. EL DESARROLLADOR NO GARANTIZA QUE EL JUEGO FUNCIONE SIN INTERRUPCIONES, ERRORES O VIRUS.
EN LA MÁXIMA MEDIDA PERMITIDA POR LA LEY APLICABLE, EL DESARROLLADOR NO SERÁ RESPONSABLE POR DAÑOS INDIRECTOS, INCIDENTALES, ESPECIALES, EJEMPLARES O CONSECUENTES, INCLUYENDO PÉRDIDA DE DATOS, PÉRDIDA DE BENEFICIOS O INTERRUPCIÓN DEL NEGOCIO, DERIVADOS DEL USO O LA IMPOSIBILIDAD DE USO DEL JUEGO, INCLUSO SI EL DESARROLLADOR FUE ADVERTIDO DE LA POSIBILIDAD DE DICHOS DAÑOS.
Usted acepta indemnizar, defender y mantener indemne al Desarrollador frente a cualquier reclamación, daño, obligación, pérdida, responsabilidad, costo o deuda, y gastos derivados de: (a) su uso del Juego; (b) su violación de cualquier término de este EULA; (c) su violación de derechos de terceros.
Este EULA se rige e interpreta de conformidad con las leyes de la República de Colombia. Cualquier disputa derivada de o relacionada con este EULA será sometida a la jurisdicción exclusiva de los tribunales competentes de Colombia.
Si alguna disposición de este EULA se considera inválida o inaplicable, dicha disposición se modificará en la medida mínima necesaria para hacerla válida y aplicable, y las disposiciones restantes continuarán en plena vigencia.
Este EULA, junto con los Términos y Condiciones y la Política de Privacidad del Juego, constituye el acuerdo completo entre usted y el Desarrollador con respecto al Juego y reemplaza todos los acuerdos anteriores o contemporáneos relacionados con el mismo.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE GAME. BY CLICKING "PLAY", DOWNLOADING, OR USING THE GAME, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Pabli G Studio ("Developer"), independent developer of the video game "Kill The Red" ("the Game"). This agreement governs your use of the Game downloaded through the Google Play Store.
The Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free, and revocable license to install and use the Game solely on Android devices you own or control, and exclusively for your personal, non-commercial use.
You are expressly prohibited from:
• Copying, reproducing, or duplicating the Game or any part of it.
• Modifying, adapting, translating, or creating derivative works of the Game.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to obtain the source code of the Game.
• Selling, sublicensing, renting, lending, or transferring the Game or the rights under this license to third parties.
• Using the Game for commercial purposes without prior written authorization from the Developer.
• Removing or altering any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property notices contained in the Game.
• Using the Game in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
The Game, including its source code, original graphics, design, and name, is the exclusive property of Pabli G Studio. The Game incorporates third-party resources under their respective licenses: music and sound effects from Pixabay (Pixabay License); fonts from Google Fonts (OFL / Apache 2.0); star graphic by "Animated Video" via Vecteezy (free license with attribution). The Developer makes no claim of ownership over said third-party resources.
The Game is offered completely free of charge. There are no in-app purchases or fees of any kind associated with the use of the Game. The Game includes third-party advertising (Google AdMob) as its sustainability model.
The Game includes advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the Game, you accept the display of such advertisements. Data collection associated with advertising is governed by the Game's Privacy Policy and Google's policies.
The Game may store your score locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to external servers. The Developer does not have access to such information.
The Developer may release updates to the Game at its sole discretion. Updates may modify existing features or add new ones. This EULA will apply to all versions of the Game unless a new agreement is provided with the update.
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you breach any term of this EULA. Upon termination, you must uninstall and destroy all copies of the Game in your possession. The Developer may also terminate this license at any time without notice.
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE DEVELOPER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, ERRORS, OR VIRUSES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME, EVEN IF THE DEVELOPER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Developer from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debts, and expenses arising from: (a) your use of the Game; (b) your violation of any term of this EULA; (c) your violation of any third-party rights.
This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute arising out of or related to this EULA shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Colombia.
If any provision of this EULA is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
This EULA, together with the Game's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Developer with respect to the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements relating to it.
